Who should apply?
Westchester Youth Congress members are first and foremost leaders. We are looking for High School students who are dedicated to making a positive impact on their community, both in issues they are passionate about, and those that other members take on. We welcome anyone who is willing to put in their time and has ideas that can improve our community!
How does it work?
WYC Members bring forth the issues they are passionate about, and the project ideas they have to make change in those areas. Through the creation of projects specifically tailored to the problems pinpointed, WYC members learn the important life skills of communication, collaboration and problem solving, that craft them into the better version of themselves.
